Mental Health Matters 2022

Join us on Tuesday, May 17 as we recognize Mental Health Awareness Month with this Mental Health Matters series. Four sessions spanning from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. will cover the impact of COVID-19 on mental health, emotional freedom, rebuilding relationships and exploring the mind-body connection. These sessions will be health care providers and health care experts. The sessions, taking place virtually through WebEx, will be one hour each. Title: “Removing the Mask” Recovering from the impact of COVID

Description: Discussion about moving forward into a new “norm”
