Join us for a complimentary massage at the Cancer Center Resource Library at Vidant Medical Center. Each Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., 20-minute sessions are available by appointment to Vidant Cancer Care patients. There are many physical, emotional and mental benefits to massages. Massages can: reduce stress and increase relaxation, reduce pain and muscle soreness, improve circulation, energy, and alertness, improve immune function, relieve nausea, and relieve lymphedema.
