DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Taught by our very own ECU Health Medical Center nurses\, our childbirth class offers instruction on the labor and delivery process. Topics discussed during this session include the labor process\, hospital birth plans\, when to contact medical providers\, breathing techniques\, medication\, self-care and methods of childbirth. Take part in our Childbirth class close to your due date 28 to 35 weeks of pregnancy to keep the information fresh in your mind.
