Are your decision makers aware of any health outcomes that are unacceptable to you and are they prepared to represent you? \nJoin us for a FREE session to learn the who\, what\, when\, where\, how\, and most importantly\, the WHY of advance care planning. At ECU Health\, we want to provide care that matches the medical treatment(s) that you choose.
