Topics discussed during this session include the labor process\, hospital birth plans\, when to contact medical providers\, breathing techniques\, medication\, self-care and methods of childbirth. Take part in our Childbirth class close to your due date 28 to 35 weeks of pregnancy to keep the information fresh in your mind.
