Topics discussed: \nBefore you Give Birth – Includes making arrangements\, taking care of yourself\, learning how to manage pain. \nWhat Happens During Childbirth – Includes understanding labor\, medical interventions\, types of births. \nAfter you Give Birth – Includes caring for your newborn\, postpartum changes and self-care. \nTour of our Labor and Delivery Unit\nTake part in our Childbirth class close to your due date 28 to 35 weeks of pregnancy to keep the information fresh in your mind.
