SUMMARY:Taking Control of Tomorrow: Advance Care Planning
DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”46669″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]Do you know who would make medical decisions for you if you do not have a Health Care Power of Attorney Advance Directive? Are your decision makers aware of any health outcomes that are unacceptable to you and are they prepared to represent you? \nJoin us for a FREE session to learn the who\, what\, when\, where\, how\, and most importantly\, the WHY of advance care planning. At ECU Health\, we want to provide care that matches the medical treatment(s) that you choose.
