Cancellations: A 24-hour advance notice is required to cancel an appointment without charge. No shows and cancellations without a 24-hour notice result in full charges for your session.
Late Policy: Clients arriving late for a scheduled massage session will receive a massage for the remaining time only. Sessions will not be extended. Late for a 30-minute session is up to 15 minutes; for a 60-minute session, late is up to 30 minutes. Missed appointments or arrivals later than 15 or 30 minutes, for 30 or 60-minute sessions respectively, will require payment in full for the appointed session.
