Our in-person breastfeeding class at ECU Health Medical Center offers basic instruction on how to breastfeed your baby. We discuss the importance of skin-to-skin, breastfeeding in the first hour of birth, practices related to breastfeeding in the immediate postpartum period and breastfeeding after returning to work.
