Screenings include: height/weight/body mass index, blood pressure/heart rate, glucose/cholesterol checks, and health coaching. Translation assistance will also be available. “We’re a limb you can hold onto”. This group provides support for individuals with limb loss and their family or friends. Please join us on the third Thursday night of each month (excluding December). Note: the Disability Advocates and Resource Center is not a support group, but is a resource for people with a disability. They are located on John Hopkins Drive.
