Living On After Loss is an eight-week grief support group with meetings taking place every Monday from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
There are many physical, emotional and mental benefits to massages. Massages can: reduce stress and increase relaxation, reduce pain and muscle soreness, improve circulation, energy, and alertness, improve immune function, relieve nausea, and relieve lymphedema.

Join us for our small group exercise class each Wednesday, with sessions from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
This support group is for pregnant moms and mothers with newborns up to five years of age. The group is designed for new moms to build a sense of community in order to grow and learn in motherhood.
Join us for this free session and learn the who, what, where, when, and most importantly, the WHY, of advance care planning.
Our in-person breastfeeding class at ECU Health Medical Center offers basic instruction on how to breastfeed your baby.
Support groups are a great way to meet others who have experienced similar things you and your family have been through as a brain injury survivor. Meetings are open to brain injury survivors, both traumatic and non-traumatic, stroke survivors, and loved ones and/or caregivers.
Join us for our yoga class each Thursday, with sessions from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
