Living On After Loss is an eight-week grief support group with meetings taking place every Monday from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Our in-person group session covers basic newborn care, feeding, growth and parenting. The cost is $20 per couple.
There are many physical, emotional and mental benefits to massages. Massages can: reduce stress and increase relaxation, reduce pain and muscle soreness, improve circulation, energy, and alertness, improve immune function, relieve nausea, and relieve lymphedema.
Join us for our small group exercise class each Wednesday, with sessions from 9:30 to 10 a.m. and 10 to 10:30 a.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
Learn infant & child CPR chocking rescue in a hands-on instructor led environment in Greenville. CPR is ideal for parents, grandparents, baby sitters and others who want to learn infant CPR but do not need a certification to meet a job requirement.
Join us for our yoga class each Thursday, with sessions from 1:30 to 2 p.m. Sign up is required due to limited space.
