Robotic-assisted technology at ECU Health.
ECU Health Orthopedics has a great way to keep you moving: the ROSA® Knee System. Our specially trained surgeons use ROSA® Knee System to personalize the approach to total knee replacement – tailoring the placement of your knee implant just for you.
What is the ROSA® Knee System?
The ROSA® Knee System is a robotic surgical assistant developed by Zimmer Biomet for total knee replacement and is available at ECU Health SurgiCenter and ECU Health Beaufort Hospital, a campus of ECU Health Medical Center. This technology allows the surgeon to create a plan for the procedure using a 3D model of the patient’s knee, establishing a more precise view and a more personalized approach for each patient. The ROSA® robotic system utilizes real-time information to assist surgeons with precise placement of the knee implants based on your unique knee anatomy.
ECU Health Orthopedics’ team of expert, orthopedic surgeons are equipped with the most advanced technologies, treatments and surgical techniques for total joint replacement – and they’re close to home.
