Community Health Programs invites you to the Margaret Hewitt Nutrition Site in Pink Hill for free adult wellness screenings. Our health professionals will check your body mass index (BMI), blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol levels. Knowing these numbers is key to preventing and managing chronic diseases. Support groups are a great way to meet others who have experienced similar things you and your family have been through as a brain injury survivor. Meetings are open to brain injury survivors, both traumatic and non-traumatic, stroke survivors, and loved ones and/or caregivers.
