Stroke Support Groups
Stroke support groups allow stroke survivors and caregivers to come together in a safe and caring atmosphere. The meetings focus on stroke prevention, education, socialization and community resources. Virtual support groups are held on the second Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. via WebEx.

If you or a loved one have suffered a stroke, we are here to help. We also aim to provide community education and stroke screenings to help prevent a stroke.
