Maternal Expressions

Maternal Expressions and Newborn Boutique can help you with lactation and mother/baby needs. Located in the Women’s Center at Maynard Children’s Hospital, Maternal Expressions is open weekdays with breast pumps for rent or to purchase, nursing bras and premature baby and newborn items. Staffed by a lactation consultant, you have a resource to provide breastfeeding guidance and specialty items for your baby. Call 252-847-1749 or 252-847-7439 for hours of operation.
Newborn CPR

As new parents, knowing CPR is more important than ever. It could help save your child’s life, or someone else’s, one day. CPR training will ensure that you’re prepared in case of a medical emergency involving your child.
Infant Care

Babies change remarkably during their first months and years. Your baby will develop at his/her unique pace. Early and ongoing care with a ECU Health pediatrician will build a foundation for a healthy future.
Maynard Children’s Hospital NICU

With advanced technologies and clinical experts, the Level IV NICU cares for critically ill or premature newborns. Board-certified neonatologists, specialists and specialty trained nurses provide expertise, compassion and support to help achieve the best possible outcomes for your newborn.
