Our newly renovated Lifestyle Medicine Teaching Kitchen, located in the ECU Health Lifestyle Medicine Clinic, 2610 Stantonsburg Rd, in Greenville, is the setting for both individual and group sessions that provide participants with the education and skills needed to create healthy plant-based meals. Join us as we explore the concept of food as medicine!

Cooking With a Doc
Join our providers and chefs as they step into the ECU Health Lifestyle Medicine kitchen to prepare a healthy meal for you. Food is one of the best medicines, and our team is eager to share cooking tips and tricks to get you started on a whole food, plant predominant diet. This free community-based program is brought to you in conjunction with Pitt Partners for Health. Meal is included and space is limited. Registration is required.
