Exercise

Regular activity can reduce your risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, aid in weight management, improve your brain health, and help to manage stress. Our exercise professionals work in conjunction with your provider to prescribe an exercise plan best suited for your specific needs and goals.

ECU Health exercise programs can take aim at specific health conditions and we work with you to create a plan. Exercise has even been proven to treat many chronic conditions and we want to help you through every step of your journey.

Massage

Licensed Bodywork and Massage Therapists provide the optimal therapeutic massage to soothe your sore muscles and rejuvenate your soul. Discover relaxation and relief with one of our massage treatments, including Swedish and deep tissue massages.

A Swedish massage is soothing with “Swedish style” strokes of light compression helps to increase circulation and soothe muscle tension.
