Personal Training

Members of the professional personal training staff at ECU Health Wellness Centers are highly trained and experienced in the field of exercise. Flexible scheduling is available, and you can choose from 30- or 60-minute sessions. Training packages are designed so that the more sessions you buy, the better rate you get. We offer three training options to provide the support you need to achieve your goals, including one-on-one training, pairs (you and a friend), or small groups (up to four people), as well as stretching in 15- or 30-minute sessions.

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation

These programs focus on reconditioning and rehabilitation after heart and lung conditions or procedures, or helping those living with chronic lung conditions.

Exercise is Medicine

We offer specialized supervised exercise programs for people with chronic conditions with a referral from your provider for conditions such as joints and backs, arthritis, cancer, diabetes, hypertension, obesity, pulmonary, cardiac, Parkinson’s and more.

Exercise Classes

Exercise Equipment

We offer a large selection of cardiovascular, strength and free weight equipment. You are sure to find some of your favorites and try out new options to jazz up your workout.

Health Assessment & Prescription

Meet one on one with a degreed exercise professional to assess your fitness status, set a personalized exercise plan based on your goals and provide an orientation to the equipment to get you started on the right track or to change up your routine. Fit3D Body Composition assessment is also available.
