If you need to share feedback or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to the leader of the area, unit or clinic that is caring for you. We are always open to hear your concerns, comments and compliments during the time of your care and while in person.
If you are a patient or family member at an ECU Health facility and would like to share a compliment or concern, call 252-847-TELL (8355). You may access our Tell Us Now service Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (after hours, callers may leave a message).
Another way we listen to the voices of patients and families is through patient satisfaction surveys, administered by a third-party vendor (Press Ganey). After your visit, you may receive a survey through the mail or by email or text message. Survey results are reported to every level of the organization, both through ratings as well as comments. We hope you take the time to share how your care was with us!
